Twitterati Trolls Modi’s claims of using ‘digital camera, email in 1988’

The interview of our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi with news channel “News Nation” continues to create new meme trend. On Sunday, Modi ji was trolled for his remarkable cloud theory. Later, new clips of that video came out in which he told the interviewer, “How he became a Gadget Freak?”

He claimed that he was one of the first people in India to use a digital camera to click a colour photo of BJP veteran L.K. Advani and also appears to suggest that he used email in 1988. He said that, “Around 1987-88 I used digital camera for the first time. Very few had email at the time. There was an Advani rally. At that time the digital camera used to be this big (motions with his hands). I had a digital camera. I took a photo of Advani and transmitted it to Delhi. A colour photo was printed. Advani ji was surprised and said how did my colour photo appear today?

The Prime Minister was fact-checked by many who pointed out that email facilities were not available until 1995. After his controversial statement, Modi ji gives another reason to Twitterati to creates sarcasm pill. And the rest was internet history and here’s how people reacted online:

Modi had digital camera in 1988 and used email service in 1988.

FYI – The first digital camera came into existence in 1990 and email service in India was introduced in 1995.

Who care about facts. Whatever Modiji says is the Truth.

Narendra Modi emailing his first packet in 1988 via ARPANET on a cloudless day.

Mr Modi is the 1st PM to have

1. used E-mail service 7 years before it was launched
2. used Digital camera 8 years before it was introduced

4. Ate mango and kept wallet

Mr. Modi is the 1st PM who invented internet and video calling in Dwaapar Yug for Live Mahabharat telecast. Under Modiji only, plastic surgery of Lord Ganesha was done.

Actually, we created our page and website for sharing educational memes related to JEE, NEET and board exams. But, whenever such type of sarcastic incidents happened, we can’t stop us to come forward. Being a Prime Minister is not an easy job, but you can’t do such type of stuff as you are representing our whole country.
