Researchers Recently Found A Secret Chamber In Egypt’s Great Pyramid Of Giza!

We are one step closer to understanding more about the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World. According to new research published in the scientific journal Nature, Scientists have discovered a mysterious chamber inside the Great Pyramid of Giza.

The discovery is the result of work from ScanPyramids, an organization led by the HIP Institute and the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University that is dedicated to studying the Pyramids of Egypt using non-invasive techniques. Scientists found that hidden chamber by cosmic-ray imaging. In this process, they recorded the behavior of subatomic particles called muons that penetrate the rock similar to X-rays, only much deeper.

According to them, the chamber is 30 meter deep. However, the purpose of the chamber has not been found till now. And, it is also not connected to any other chamber present inside pyramid.

Right now, there are no plans to enter the Great Pyramid to further investigate the chamber, because there is no way to get to it through the existing network of passages and chambers. Egyptologists banned the use of destructive methods to study the pyramids. However scientists could put additional muon detectors in the king’s chamber to try and assess the void from alternate angles.

But, one thing is clear that the discovery of this mysterious chamber will lead to much archaeological speculation and debate.
